I am often asked about trainers and Vets in the San Diego and surrounding areas. So I started keeping a list of them based on my own experience and my puppy buyers experiences.

Vets I use:

For hip and elbow certs to be sent to OFA I take my dogs to Cuyamaca Animal Hospital in Santee. They have a xray tech who has been doing xrays for close to 20 years and she knows her stuff! Make sure you ask for Terri. (619)448-0707

For routine or minor issues I like El Cajon Valley vet. They take walk ins so minor things such as rabies vacs are very convenient. (619)444-9491

Then for my more detailed issues such as ultrasounds and such I love Dr. Judy in El Cajon. I don’t know how much longer he will be in practice but he is a very good vet.(619)449-3500
